Purchasing & Shipping

First of all thank you for considering buying some of my work. This section endeavours to answer all questions however if anything is unanswered please get in touch via info@jamie-green.co.uk.

Every care has been taken for the prints to match what you see on the screen in the real life prints. However, due to monitor or device settings, discrepancies from the screen and print may occur. These discrepancies are not deemed as faults and will not be suitable reasons for the return of products.

Ordering:
How will my payments be handled?

Payments are taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Shipping:
I have placed an order, how soon will I receive my order?

All work is printed and packaged by myself. Smaller items, up to A4 prints, are usually produced in bulk. As such, should be sent within 1-3 working days. Larger items will be printed based on demand, as such 3-5 working days need to be allowed. In either case you will receive updates on your order.

Is there ever a change in shipping?

As all work is produced by myself, during periods of holidays or markets, shipping may be delayed if not in stock. In these cases, notifications will be on the website outlining these delays.

Is postage included?

Postage is included in the price and covers both the shipping cost and materials for shipping, this may cause variation in the price on the parcel.

Note: if the shipping price is significantly more than what is paid then I reserve the right to contact you about such issues.

Can I collect work?

If you live within West Yorkshire feel free to get in touch about alternative delivery or collection of work though info@jamie-green.co.uk.

Do you ship internationally: 

Yes, however shipping prices may vary and overseas shipments subject to import tax will be charged at the customers expense. If you have any trouble placing an order please get in touch.

Returns:
What if my package arrives damaged:

All work is carefully packaged and shipped. If your package is damaged by the time it reaches please get in touch within 7 days with a photograph.

What if I change my mind or don't like it?

All stock can be returned. However, only the cost of the work can be refunded. Any shipping cost's cannot be refunded without proof of damage.

​

How about overseas?

We currently do not offer overseas returns, outside the United Kingdom.
